IPTV adult channels not working?
If your 18+ categories vanished or stopped loading, it is almost always one of a few simple causes. Work through these and they come straight back.

Why your adult channels disappeared
The most common reason is that the categories were never enabled — or were disabled — on your account. They are opt-in, so if you recently renewed or changed plan, they may need switching back on. Message support and we will confirm.
The second cause is a stale playlist. After any renewal or change, your player needs to reload the channel list before new or restored categories show up.
Step-by-step fixes
1. Refresh the playlist inside your IPTV player. 2. Restart the app, then the device. 3. Check the category filter and any parental PIN that might be hiding the 18+ folder. 4. Clear the app cache if categories load incompletely. 5. Test another device on the same account to see if the issue is device-specific.
If channels still will not load but the rest of your service works, it is usually account-side — contact support and we will re-enable or rebuild the categories.
It is not your internet or your account
If your other channels play fine, your subscription is active and your connection is OK — only the adult category needs attention.
