Use this checklist after activation. Your exact app may vary, but the flow is the same for most IPTV players.

Choose your player app

Smart TVs and Android devices usually support IPTV player apps from their app store. Some set-top boxes use portal-style setup. Tell support your device model if you are unsure.

Enter your activation details

Depending on your player, you may receive an Xtream Codes login, an M3U playlist URL, or a portal address. Keep these details private and avoid sharing screenshots publicly.

Refresh and test categories

Let the app load live TV, movies, and series categories. Test several streams across different categories so support can quickly identify whether a problem is app, network, or account related.

Improve playback stability

Use a wired connection when possible, close unused apps, keep your player updated, and avoid crowded Wi-Fi. For 4K streams, a strong router matters as much as raw internet speed.

Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for common problems.

The app shows an empty playlist.

Check that the login details were entered exactly, then refresh categories or restart the app.

A stream buffers or stops.

Try a lower quality version, restart your router, switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet, and test another category.

My account says maximum connections reached.

Close the app on other devices and wait a few minutes. One plan usually means one active stream at a time.
