StreamFlex provides IPTV setup assistance, account activation support, device guidance, and customer support. Service details, availability, features, and support response times can vary by plan, device, app, region, and network.

2. Lawful use

You agree to use StreamFlex only for lawful content access and in compliance with the laws and rights applicable in your location. You are responsible for ensuring that any playlist, stream, app, or subscription you use is authorized.

3. Age-restricted categories

Some plans may include optional adult categories. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location if higher, and legally permitted to access any age-restricted content you request.

4. Account security

Keep your activation details private. Sharing customer-plan credentials, reselling outside an authorized reseller account, or using more simultaneous connections than your plan allows may result in service interruption.

5. Device and network requirements

Playback quality depends on your device, app, router, internet speed, and local network conditions. StreamFlex can help troubleshoot common setup issues but cannot guarantee uninterrupted playback on every stream or device.

6. Payments and renewals

Prices, plan lengths, payment methods, and renewal offers may change. A subscription starts when activation details are issued or when the account is otherwise prepared for use.

7. Third-party services

StreamFlex may refer to third-party apps, players, devices, payment providers, or support tools. StreamFlex is not responsible for third-party policies, outages, updates, or app store decisions.
