Refund Policy

Before activation

If you cancel before activation details are issued or before the account is prepared, you may request a refund.

After activation

Activated digital services are generally non-refundable. If there is a verified technical issue that StreamFlex cannot help resolve, contact support within 24 hours of activation for review.

Duplicate payments

Duplicate payments for the same plan and account can be refunded or credited after verification.

Unsupported devices

Customers should confirm device compatibility before ordering. StreamFlex will provide reasonable setup guidance, but app availability and device limitations are controlled by third parties.

How to request review

Email support@streamflex.shop with your order date, plan, activation details, device type, and a description of the issue.
